The nose is fruity and offers a small power as well as a fine intensity. There are notes of pear, quince and small notes of mandarin associated with touches of lychee, lemon, fine hints of crushed yellow apple, small exotic fruits as well as discreet hints of spices, anise and a very discreet hint of honey. The palate is fruity and offers a beautiful definition, a nice fat, a beautiful suavity, a nice roundness, a very nice balance, a beautiful acidulous frame, “peps” / energy, deepness as well as a fine unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed / bright yellow apple, small yellow fruits, quince and small notes of white peach associated with touches of mandarin, citrus zest, varietal hints (dry local grove, anise), a very discreet hint of star fruit as well as subtle hints of spices, toasted and a very discreet hint of honey. A beautiful, gourmand, elegant and racy wine. Presence of an imperceptible almost saline hint and tannic sensation (on toasted almond) on the finish / persistance. Beautiful, suave and sapid persistence.
