The nose is fruity and offers power, a beautiful finesse of the grain, power as well as intensity (but full of finesse). It reveals notes of ripe cassis and small ripe black fruits associated with touches of ripe/fleshy blueberry as well as hints of cardamom, nutmeg and very discreet hints of grey pepper. The palate offers a beautiful freshness, definition, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame, precision, fat as well as generosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy blueberry and small notes of fleshy/juicy strawberry associated with small touches of fleshy Boysen berries as well as very fine hints of liquorice and violet.
