The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose offers tension and an elegant and fresh concentration, with a clear acidity of the fruits, which is complemented by a gourmet touch of roasted fruits. It expresses notes of fresh red cherry, morello cherry, roasted red cherry, raspberry coulis, dried blackcurrant, blackberry and wild strawberry, associated with subtle spicy touches (liquorice, Timut pepper, nutmeg), a fine hint of citrus (bergamot, blood orange), herbs and fresh flowers (thyme, sage, fresh tobacco, hint of menthol, lily). The palate has a fine and silky tannic texture, a good bitterness and the juicy and acidity of the fruits. It expresses the flavors of tart red cherry, blackcurrant, morello cherry, bird cherry, fresh raspberry, as well as citrus fruits (bergamot with its smokiness and the bitterness of grapefruit), sweet spices (Timut pepper, liquorice, a hint of nutmeg), herbs and fresh flowers (lemon thyme, a hint of menthol rosemary, peppermint, sage, lily).
