The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is perfumed, concentrated and juicy, with a chiseled and tangy hint of red fruits. It expresses aromas of fresh strawberry, crushed raspberry, red currants, red cherry, as well as blueberry and blackcurrant in the background, associated with delicate spicy touches (liquorice, cardamom, a hint of anise and white pepper), herbaceous (tobacco, fresh sage, mint, infused green tea, green olive), with a hint of lilac and fresh almond. The palate offers dynamism and liveliness, very fine and well-structured tannins. It expresses the flavors of raspberry, cranberry, fresh strawberry, red cherry, blueberry and blackcurrant, combined with herbal touches (peppermint, sage, rosemary, lemon thyme), spicy (nutmeg, liquorice, cardamom, white pepper), lemony (a hint of bitter grapefruit) and a tangy touch of cocoa nibs. The finish is persistent and savoury, chiseled, with a salivating acidity and a good bitterness. Beautiful material and consistency in the mouth, enveloping and juicy, but airy and fresh.
