The nose is aromatic, intense and offers power. It reveals notes of gray pepper and flowers associated with small notes of bulb, fleshy wild strawberry, cherry as well as touches of blackberry and fine touches of garrigue. The palate is fine, well-balanced, slightly tight, well-structured and offers a small tension, delicacy, roundness, fat as well as a beautiful suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, red berries, elderberries and small notes of bulb, flowers associated with fine touches of fleshy raspberry, racy minerality as well as a hint of olive tree and gray pepper gray on the finish. Tannins are fine and (very) slightly dry. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of cocoa on the finish / persistence.
