The nose is aromatic and offers a slight intensity as well as a small strict side. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet, fleshy red berries, plum and discreet / small touches of racy minerality, olive tree, spices, caramelization as well as a very discreet hint of cocoa and an imperceptible touch of almond. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, a bit tight and offers a small freshness, a slight straightness, a good structure, a good definition, tension, a slight mineral frame as well as a slight suavity. On the palate, this Porto expresses notes of fleshy / juicy blackberries, cassis and crushed wild red berries combined with touches of cherry, plum as well as a very discreet hint of orange, grove and olives as well as subtle touches of dark chocolate, caramelization, wood, graphite and an imperceptible / discreet hint of almond. Tannins are fine and slightly chewy. Good length.
