Madrevite ‘Elvè 2023 – Trasimeno DOC Grechetto

The nose is fragrant and floral – it expresses pronounced notes of apple blossom, dried lime and acacia, which are then complemented by fresh herbaceous and citrus hints (notes of lemon zest, grapefruit, lime). We also find a distinguished minerality: saline and marine, associated with notes of bitter almond, fresh rosemary, mint and white peach. The palate is oily and round, but fresh. It expresses notes of white peach, grapefruit, bitter orange, lemon, apple blossom, acacia, rosemary, dried mint and thyme. We also find the mineral and saline nuances. The acidity is lively and salivating, good persistence in the mouth with a good bitterness of bitter orange.
