The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, racy and offers a good finesse of the grain, harmony, suavity, a good definition as well as an acidulous frame, a fine tension and a fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, small pulpy/juicy red fruits, small notes of pulpy cassis associated with fine touches of violet, nutmeg, fresh mild tobacco, discreet hints of spices and chocolate. Good length. Very fine hints of almond/crushed hazelnut and caramelization on the finish/persistence. A very fine chew on the finish/persistence. Good persistence.
