The nose is fruity, beautifully fresh and offers precision. It reveals notes of fresh/ripe blackberry, fresh raspberry and small notes of ripe/fresh cassis associated with small touches of violet, lily and a very fine hint of fresh nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, an acidulous frame and a fine richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fleshy blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with small touches of fresh violet, cherry blossom, chocolate as well as a hint of caramelization. A very fine hint of caramelization/chocolate on the persistence.
