The nose is fruity, fresh and offers fleshiness as well as a small unctuosity / gourmandise. It reveals notes of quince, dried yellow fruits and dried peach combined with a hint of roasted pineapple, flowers, beeswax as well as an imperceptible hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a beautiful freshness, a fine straightness, tension, a very fine unctuosity as well as a fine acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, quince and small notes of kumquat associated with touches of dried yellow grapes, crushed brugnon, roasted pineapple, beeswax as well as a discreet toasted hint and flowers. Good length. Good aromatic persistence.
