Notes of fresh apple, carambola and more slightly lemon associated with touches of zest, fine points of yuzu, a discreet touch of watermelon as well as discreet points of lemon blossom, lemon verbena and a very discreet almost saline note. The palate is fruity, balanced, very fine and offers juiciness, suavity, a tangy frame, a nice definition, roundness, a fine chiseled side, roundness, fat and a nice freshness. On the palate, it expresses juicy/tangy apple, lemon and more slightly lime notes associated with touch of carambola, kumquat as well as discreet apricot and hazelnut hints. Good length and nice sapidity on the finish. Presence of a discreet tannic side (as much on the structure as on the aromatic).
