The palate is fresh, mineral, fruity and offers a certain concentration, a little richness as well as a fine unctuosity. This wine expresses notes of bright green apple, tangy / juicy vine peach and more slightly tangy / juicy small citrus fruits associated with touches of pineapple, quenette and a subtle breast of white flowers. Good length. Presence of a fine hint of good bitterness on the finish / persistence.
