The nose is aromatic, elegant and relatively fine. It reveals notes of dried fruits, quince and small white fruits combined with a discreet touch of honey as well as slight notes of baked apple / brioche. The palate is fruity, relatively gourmand, racy, relatively fat, relatively depth and offers suavity, and a small fresh / acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, small yellow fruits, physalis and slight notes of beeswax, white fruits associated with quite discreet woody / spicy notes and anise.
