The nose is elegant, racy and offers delicacy, a samll minerality as well as a fine power. It reveals notes of quince, crushed physalis, small notes of buttery apple associated with touches of citrus, mesocarp, hints of racy minerality, bee was as well as a subtle hint of nutmeg and brioche. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, juiciness, a good definition, finesse, delicacy, a certain small power, a beautiful racy/pure minerality as well as a small richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed Mirabelle, quince, small notes of fresh apricot associated with touches of physalis, almost iodine minerality, pear, pear flowers, fine hints of quenette as well as a very discreet hint of almond and an imperceptible hint of sage (in the background). Good length.
