The nose is aromatic and offers power, a very fine creaminess, a fine intensity as well as a very sensation of straightness. It reveals notes of creamy blackberry, violet, small notes of cherry associated with small touches of creamy plum as well as hints of cherry blossom, pink laurel, a subtle hint of garrigue/thyme flowers, toasted and a subtle hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral/juicy frame, a beautiful definition, creaminess, roundness (full of elegance), suavity as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain and a small aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy blackberry, creamy raspberry, small notes of violet plum associated with touches of cherry blossom, red cherry, lilac as well as fine hints of vanilla, caramelization, toasted hazelnut, thyme flowers, a subtle hint of saffron and black olive (in the background). Tannins are elegant, well-built and racy.
