It reveals notes of quince, crushed Mirabelle, small noes of candied lemon associated with touches of small yellow peach, honey, fine hints of acacia flowers/lemon flowers, sage, quince, hazelnut butter as well as a very discreet hint of eucalyptus and hazelnut (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, minerality, elegance, richness (full of delicacy), gourmandize, an aerial side, elegance as well as a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cooked yellow apple, pulpy yellow peach, small notes of crushed apricot associated with touches of crushed physalis, quince, lemon, fine hints of acacia, apple flowers as well as discreet hints of bee wax and sweet spices/hazelnut butter. A beautiful aromatic persistence. A full of finesse and delicacy wine.
