The wine has a very pale cherry color. The first nose is fresh with a lovely blackberry note. There are also hints of raisin and a certain gourmet roundness. There are hints of juicy purple plum as well as aromatic herbs. The second nose opens with more intensity and still a note of raisin and dried fig. We find the aromatic herbs with a beautiful minty freshness, savory and thyme. The palate is round on the attack with notes of small wild strawberries as well as blackberry. There is good acidity and present but grippy tannins. We find the juicy cherry and aromatic herbs with fresh fig. The finish is licorice and salivating. There is a beautiful work on the material.
