The nose is slightly closed and offers a fine crunchiness. It reveals notes of crunchy apple, rose and small notes of flowers/lily of the valley associated with very fine touches of crunchy peach and fine hints of flint. The palate is fruity, beading (“perlante”), acidulous and offers fat as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy apple, crunchy flat peach and small notes of zests/citrus associated with small touches of lily of the valley. Good length.
