(80% vermentino, 20% malvasia) The nose offers notes of bright apple, vine peach and small notes of rose, honeysuckle associated with touches of passion fruit, exotic fruits as well as a hint of starfruit, citrus and a discreet pearly (nacre)/iodine hint. The palate is nicely structured, fresh, nicely gourmand, enveloping and offers a fine richness, energy, a beautiful suavity, finesse, a floral side full od delicacy, salinity as well as a good definition. The attack is chiselled. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quénette, pink lychee and small notes of fresh exotic fruits associated with touches of vine peach, apple blossom, nacre and a very discreet almost sage hint. Good length. A subtle, almost tannic hint on the finish/persistence.
