The nose is mineral, racy and slightly chalky/dusty. It reveals notes of fresh/crunchy nectarine, fresh lychee and small notes of racy minerality associated with small touches of lemon blossom and a discreet hint of fresh sage (in the background). The palate is fresh, fruity and offers minerality, biting/crispy side, energy and a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crunchy/juicy apple, nectarine and small notes of fresh lemon associated with small touches of grapefruit as well as hints of fresh lychee, a subtle hint of crunchy apricot, lemon tree, dusty soil and a very discreet hint of fresh almond (in the background). Sapidity and good acidity on the finish/persistence.
