The nose is fruity, racy and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of brugnon, flat peach and small touches of minerality, quince and fresh / crunchy pear associated with discreet touches of lychee as well as subtle touches of minerality and a hint of white flowers / fresh white roses. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, racy, straight, slightly “perlante” (a slightly sparkling characteristic) and offers gourmandise, dynamism, a good definition, a slight fat, freshness, a slight minerality, finesse, a slight juiciness, a beautiful tension as well as a slight acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy peach, lemon and slight notes of green apple associated with a touch of ripe / juicy pear Williams, slight touches of lychee, mandarin, minerality as well as very discreet hints of fresh white flowers and very discreet touches of almond / toasted touches on the finish (emphasizes the fruit). Beautiful (and crunchy) persistence.
