The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a slight gourmandise. It reveals notes of exotic fruits, lemon and ripe green lemon associated with touches of apple as well as a very discreet hint of minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, a bit « perlant » (lightly sparkling) and offers a slight suavity, a small fleshy, a slight gourmandise as well as a beautiful volume. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy exotic fruits (quenelle, pineapple…), lemon as well as slight touches of green lemon zests and apple. Good length.
