The nose is aromatic, fine and offers freshness. It reveals notes of honey, tarte Tatin and touches of candied lemon associated with hints of quince, litchi and spices (clove …). The palate is fruity, gourmande, well-defined, a bit aerial and offers a good harmony, an acid frame and precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon and orange paste associated with fine notes of kumquat, quenette / lychee as well as fine touches of honey, gingerbread and fresh pineapple. Good length and persistance. The finish is suave and gourmande.
