The nose is fruity, concentrated and quite intense. It reveals notes of cherry jam, blackberry cream and cassis combined with slight notes of liquorice, toasted oak and a discreet note of pepper. The palate is fruity, silky, fresh, relatively gourmand and offers minerality as well as a nice and fleshy matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry jam, strawberry and slight notes of cassis associated with a hint of chocolate, Zan as well as hints of toasted oak and (quite) discreet hint of caramel. Tannins are fine but slightly dry. Good length. A gourmand wine !
