The nose is racy and offers ripe fruit. It reveals notes of fairly ripe red fruits, graphite and more slightly sweet spices associated with small touches of blackberry as well as fine hints of caramelization. The wine wins if it is decanted. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, a certain freshness as well as a mineral structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, creamy raspberry and more slightly strawberry associated with touches of violet, chocolate, caramelization as well as a subtle hint of toasted hazelnut, graphite and an imperceptible lily tip. Tannins are well developed.
