The nose offers maturity, concentration and beautiful notes of juicy fruits (griotte, blackcurrant, red currant, strawberry, raspberry), accompanied by touches of menthol, licorice, white pepper, violet, rose and a very slight mineral note. On the palate, the wine expresses concentrated flavors of blackcurrant, blueberry, morello cherry, strawberry and red cherry, complemented by a hint of spice (licorice, white pepper), herbs (dried mint) and flowers (violet). The tannins have a fine texture and good hold, with a certain astringency on the finish. The finish is tangy, medium persistent, with a high and salivating acidity (probably, due to the ongoing malolactic fermentation), but with fruity substance on the palate and good concentration. Good potential.
