The foam is persistent and reveals a wine of a beautiful gold color. The nose is intense with a smoky mineral side. Yellow fruits like peach, apricot and mango appear. It is a nose that presents an evolved aromatic with a minty freshness. Toast, rosemary, cedar, vanilla and cream come little by little. Citrus fruits like orange and a diesel side complete this first olfactory encounter. The palate is intense with orange blossom honey and dried fruits. The bubble is fine and discreet, appetizing with a hint of salt. We perceive saffron but also cooked butter and vanilla pod. It becomes a gourmand with the pastry cream. The finish is lovely with roasted yellow fruits, orange blossom, roasted almonds and toast. The tasting ends with a slight astringency that acquires a patina over the length.
