The nose is aromatic, gourmand, racy and offers elegance. It reveals notes of blackberry, fleshy Quetsche plum and small notes of violet associated with very fine touches of small blue fruits, strawberry, toasted and a subtle hint of liquorice. The palate is fruity, racy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, precision as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, Quetsche plum and small notes of violet associated with fine touches of fleshy wild raspberry, small blue fruits as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices, mild tobacco and a very discreet hint of nutmeg. Tannins are elegant.
