The nose is fruity and offers a very fine creaminess. It reveals notes of apple and egg cream combined with small notes of mirabelle plum, beewax as well as a touch of flowers and citrus. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, finely gourmande and offers a beautiful freshness, dynamism, a good definition as well as a fine suavity. The effervescence is well-built. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, juicy peach and small notes of mango associated with a hint of cranberry and subtle touches of brioche. Good length and good persistence.
