The nose is fruity and offers a very fine cremosity. It reveals notes of white fruits (apple, pear) associated with small notes of ripe lemon, ripe brugnon as well as very discreet hints of egg cream and an imperceptible hint of lime zest. The mouth is fresh, beautifully juicy, fruity and offers minerality, a fine straightness, a juicy / fresh frame, roundness as well as fat. The effervescence is fine, dynamic and offers straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe brugnon and small notes of ripe yellow apple combined with touches of pear, juicy pineapple as well as discreet hints of flowers and quince. Good length.
