The nose is juicy, fruity and offers a gourmand fruit and precision. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, ripe tangerine and small notes of green apple, exotic fruits (pineapple, mango …) associated with discreet hints of minerality / flint as well as a very discreet hint of flowers and an imperceptible hint of spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, dynamic, well defined and offers precision as well as an acidulous frame. The effervescence is fine, dynamic and well-built. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe tangerine and small notes of juicy Granny Smith apple associated with slight touches of quince, flint, exotic fruits as well as an imperceptible hint of spices (in the background). Good length.
