On the nose, fruity, opulence, concentration, a tight texture, a feeling of tension/stretch. It reveals notes of pulpy blackcurrant, bright red berries and subtle notes of wild blackberry combined with hints of lily, graphite, tonka bean as well as touches of beautiful minerality, graphite, a very discreet hint of sap and of almond/vanilla. On the palate, fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, sweetness, acidity, minerality, tension, and a certain finesse.
The wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright blackcurrant and subtle notes of fleshy/juicy strawberry combined with hints of small pulpy/crushed red berries, lily as well as of beautiful minerality, tonka bean, cardamom, discrete hints of saffron, toasted almond and vanilla. Nice sapidity and a little chewiness on the finish/persistence. Good length.
