It reveals notes of lemon zests, mesocarpand small notes of fresh/crunchy apple associated with small touches of William pear, pear flowers, lemon flowers, discreet hints of fresh pink lychee and an imperceptible hint of fresh rose petal. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, well-balanced, racy and offers a good definition, gourmandize, fullness, fat as well as a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh lychee, fresh/juicy apple and small notes of pear associated with touches of fresh lemon, a racy minerality, small white fresh fruits as well as a discreet hint of passion fruit, mesocarp and an imperceptible hint of vanilla flowers. A very discreet hint of fresh almond in the persistence.
