The nose is fruity and offers freshness as well as a fine richness/gourmandize. It reveals notes of crunchy green apple, yuzu/ripe/juicy green lemon and small notes of white flowers (honeysuckle, lily-of-the-valley) associated with fine hints of juicy mandarine as well as a very discreet hint of minerality and mandarine flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers tension, energy, a small straightness, a small fat/suavity as wel as a beautiful acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy lemon, ripe/juicy kumquat and small notes of mandarine associated with fine touches of green apple, juicy quince as well as very discreet hints of juicy exotic fruits.
