The nose reveals notes of red fruits, red bell pepper and slight notes of blackberry associated with a subtle hint of cassis as well as a slight touch of violet, chocolate and oak. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, a slight acid frame (in the background), freshness, a small fat and a slight straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, redcurrant and slight notes of blackberry / plum associated with a subtle touch of sweet spices (vanilla, cardamom) as well as an imperceptible touch of violet, cocoa and wood. Tannins are fine, a bit tight and very finely dry. Good length. The finish is slightly drying. (2019+).
