The wine has a pale color with apricot reflections. The nose is fresh, mineral and fruity. There are notes of licorice flower, vine peach and juicy red apple. We perceive a smoky aspect with minerality and a little creaminess. The palate is fresh and fruity with a tangy frame. There are notes of ripe lemon, apple as well as fig which lingers on the finish. We have a slightly astringent sensation that continues into the finish with freshness.
