This rosé has a pretty clear and limpid raspberry colour. The first nose is vinous with notes of small crushed black fruits such as blackberry and blueberry. We perceive a certain depth. After aeration, the second nose still offers this vinous sensation accompanied by small fruits. The tasting is fresh and round. We feel a full-bodied wine, always vinous, with black and red fruits such as small crunchy cherries, blackberries and raspberries. The mid-palate is smoother with a finish having a hint of bitterness on the black cherry in alcohol. It is a rosé with structure, perfect for lunch or dinner.
