A lovely mineral nose, frank, chiseled, precise, which offers tension, accuracy, a lovely power in precision and accuracy, a lovely airy side. It expresses notes of wild blackberry, green pepper and more slightly – small dense red fruits associated with touches of cornflower, racy minerality, fresh/juicy wild strawberry, iris and a hint of smoke. The palate is nicely juicy, tangy and offers delicacy, sparkle and a certain brilliance. It expresses notes of bright cherry, bright raspberry and more slightly – crushed redcurrants associated with touches of bright blackcurrant as well as hints of cornflower, star anise and fine hints of toast, cardamom, toasted almond, graphite and a subtle hint of camphor. Good length, silkiness, delicacy and a lovely freshness and a subtle sappy hint in the guidelin. The tannins are soft and gourmand.
