The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, fat, roundness, energy as well as sapidity / salinity. This wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy apple, pulpy / juicy vine peach and more slightly of juicy / tangy mango associated with touches of lemon, fine hints of tangy kumquat as well as a subtle breast of flowers and an imperceptible touch almost fresh butter / fresh hazelnut in the background. Good length. Presence of a discreet tannic, Sapidity sensation at the end of the palate / persistence.
