The palate is fruity, well-built, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a good structure, a fine acidulous frame as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy lemon, ripe / juicy quince and small notes of juicy / acidulous mirabelle plum associated with slight touches of white fruits, white flowers / honeysuckle and an imperceptible hint of beeswax. Good length.
