L’œuvre de Perraud 2015 – Mâcon La Roche-Vineuse

The nose is fruity, aromatic, well-built and offers roundness / suavity. It reveals notes of quince, kumquat and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with slight hints of beeswax, white fruit, spices and a vinous hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers a good definition, juiciness, precision, gourmandise, a juicy / acidulous frame, dynamism as well as a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy lemon, juicy / ripe quince and small notes of ripe / juicy kumquat associated with slight touches of white fruits, ripe yellow fruits, very fine slight of racy minerality, discreet vinous hints as well as an imperceptible hint of flowers and brioche butter / hay (in the background). Good length.
