The nose is fruity, aromatic, quite powerful and full. It reveals notes of dried fruit, caramelised wood and Madeira combined with slight hints of dried zest of lemon / tangerine as well as a hint of pear in syrup, almond and very discreet hint of cigar. The mouth is fruity, fine, relatively gourmande, fleshy, relatively powerful and offers a nice definition. On the palate this Whiskey expresses notes of fleshy pear and a discreet hint of vine peach associated with slight hint of fleshy white fruits, physalis, caramelization as well as a very discreet hint of peat (in the background) and grilled wood .. There are notes of pepper on the persistence.
