The palate is fruity, precise and offers a suavity suavity, a mineral frame, a beautiful guideline, precision, a good structure, gourmandise as well as finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, blackberry and small notes of elderberry combined with small touches of ripe red fruits (cherry, red berries), hints of tonka bean, muscat, spices as well as a discreet hint of caramelization and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper.
