A nose with a certain power, spices and that benefits from decanting. It reveals notes of concentrated blackberry, small brilliant black berries and small notes of black pepper, associated with fine, almost vanilla/toasted hints. The palate is well-built, supple, mineral, fresh, taut and nicely saline, with energy. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, violet and small notes of crunchy cherry, associated with sappy, almost rose-like touches as well as a fine hint minerality. Good length. Tannins are mellow. Good persistence.
