(Organic) The nose is fruity, airy, supple and well-balanced. Notes of boysenberry, crunchy blueberry and slightly black plum are combined with hints of graphite, mocha and fine blueberry, sweet blond tobacco and a subtle hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a nice acidic structure, good definition, a certain gourmandise, a tangy structure, a fine chiselled edge and energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, crunchy/acidic berries and more slightly violet, blueberry combined with hints of fresh tobacco, limestone, crisp raspberry as well as hints of salinity, a subtle almost sappy/cypress-like edge and a very discreet almost fresh sage quality. The tannins are supple and very discreetly tight. It’s meticulous, mineral, acidic, fresh and offers a fine creaminess.
