The palate is fresh, fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, a good definition as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notesof fresh blackberry, fresh raspberry and small notes of flowers associated with fine touches of racy minerality as well as very fine hints of caramelization, chocolate and a subtle hint of vanilla pod (in the background). Tannins are slightly dry.
