The nose is a little reserved, but expresses a beautiful citrus freshness (lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange), then – the pleasant floral and herbaceous notes (acacia, lime, cut grass, chamomile), touches of fresh and toasted hazelnut, vanilla in the background, a tangy side of passion fruit, a touch of lemon cream and butter. The palate is elegant, airy, with an attack on white peach and apricot. Then, it expresses notes of fresh citrus (lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange) as well as lemon yogurt. The finish is sapid, with a touch of fresh hazelnut and toasted hazelnut as well as a slight hint of vanilla, hay, honey and fresh and dried flowers in the background. Beautiful acidity and length with a good bitterness. Airiness and nice balance.
