The nose is spicy, racy and tense. It reveals notes of cassis, morello cherry and small notes of violet associated with a few small spices as well as a subtle almost cinnamon hint. The palate is fruity and offers a mineral frame, juiciness, good definition, fine tension as well as acidity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of acidulous blackberry, crunchy/acidulous small red fruits and small notes of lily/violet associated with fine hints of pepper. Tannins are finely marked. Suavity on the finish. Spices and juiciness of the fruit on the persistence.
