The palate is fruity, elegant, silku, gourmandize, harmonious and offers a beautiful bright fruit, a fine acidulous frame, concentration, a fine grain and a certain tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright black cherry, bright wild strawberry, small notes of ripe wild cassis associated with touches of cornflower, lily, small bright black berries as well as hints of mocha, toasted, nutmeg, fine hints of toasted oak, black olive, an imperceptible hint of coffee and sense of the place (local biotope). Good length. Tannins are elegant and structuring. A finely powdered finish.
