The nose is elegant, roasted, fruity and offers a balsamic side. It reveals notes of wild strawberry, crushed redcurrants and small notes of blackcurrant associated with touches of cornflower, tonka bean as well as fine hints of cherry blossom, sweet pepper and a discreet hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity with juiciness and a tangy structure. There is minerality, suppleness and an easily accessible fruity side. We have notes of small wild red fruits, balsamic and slight notes of blackcurrant associated with a touch of fresh juicy purple plum as well as hints of sweet pepper and a subtle note of lilac and vanilla. Good length.
